A Reiki Level 1 (First Degree) class is the place to start if you would like to give yourself, and friends and family, Reiki.

The Reiki Studio holds small class sizes in a relaxed, friendly environment in Gulf Harbour.

Description

A Reiki Level 1 (or First Degree) class teaches you to be able to give Reiki as a self treatment and for friends and family.

The class is one and half days long and is usually scheduled on a Friday/Saturday or two consecutive Saturdays (however this can be adapted to suit). A comprehensive class manual is included.

You will receive a Reiki attunement to open your energy field to allow you to use Reiki energy. We learn the hand positions for treating ourselves and others and there is plenty of time allowed for practice. Other elements such as the history of Reiki are also covered.
